All the apartments are provided with LCD TV, hydro massage shower, washing machine, air conditioning,dishwasher, dishes, linen,satellite antenna, well equipped spacious verandas.

RENTAL CONDITIONS 2016

PRICES
Prices include water, electricity, gas,bed linen and towels. Down payment is used as deposit. Full balance payment will be charged on arrival.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in: the apartments will be delivered between 14:00 hours and 19:00 hours of the day. For check-in out of these hours it is necessary to come to an agreement before the booking. Check-out: the apartments will have to be redelivered within and not later than 10:00 hours of the day stated as the departure day.

All damages caused to the apartment will be estimated by the owners and the damages caused to the furniture will be estimated depending on price-list that is possible to find inside every apartment.

4 weeks stay: 50% off the fourth week price.
